GATE KĪ is a women-owned and operated music company based in Honolulu, Hawai'i with a love for connecting artists and music lovers all across the globe! GATE KĪ offers live music bookings for both public and private events, artist management and development, productions, publishing and records.
Our Story
The name GATE KĪ was chosen by our love of travel and new opportunities brought about when we enter the airlines departure “gate” at the airport. The word “kī” is Japanese for tree, paying homage to Soul Tree Music Factory. In addition, both women were raised by full Japanese mothers who instilled a strong work ethic and values rooted in honesty, integrity, trust, and hard work.
